New version of the ECHA Submission portal released
Helsinki, 22 July 2019 - An updated version of the ECHA Submission portal has now been released which includes a number of improvements to the tool for online dossier preparation and submission. The most notable of these is the ‘submit online’ functionality, where the user can create a dossier and proceed to the submission page directly without the need to export the dossier first. Other areas of improvement have been made to sections for reporting components and product information.
New functionalities are also now available for data reception as Member States’ appointed bodies may start the on-boarding process to use the eDelivery service. This solution will allow appointed bodies to receive dossiers submitted by industry (through the ECHA Submission portal) in a secure and automated fashion – see our Tools for Authorities page for more.
Currently, a number of companies are working with ECHA to test the system-to-system (S2S) service. This service allows companies to automatically transfer dossiers that have been created in their own systems to the appointed bodies using the ECHA Submission portal.
The next version of the Submission portal will be released later in October 2019 with more enhanced features to support notification updates and the system-to-system (S2S) service.
