Residues, cementation and reduction, precious metals refining, is a grey-black or borwn powder, with a density of 6.655 g/cm3 at 20°C and a melting point of greater than 450°C (>723K). The percentiles calculated from the particle size distribution were x10: 0.61 -0.62 µm, x50: 2.26 -2.30 µm and x90: 5.48 -5.61 µm. In a water solubility study, the elements detected were Ba, Ca, Cu, Ir, K, Mg, Na, Pd, S and Sr.
