Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Move the exposed person to fresh air at once. Keep the
affected person warm and at rest. Get prompt medical
attention. When breathing is difficult, properly trained
personel may assist affected person by administering 100%
oxygen.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Wash eyes with lots of water while lifting eye lids.
Continue to rinse for at least 15 minutes and get medical
attention.
Emergency measure - Skin: Remove affected person from the source of contamination.
Remove immediately all contaminated clothing. Wash promptly
all affected skin with soap and water. Seek medical
attention immediately.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Never make an unconscious person vomit or drink fluids. Let
the affected person drink lots of water to dilute the
swallowed chemical. Do not induce vomitting. Get medical
attention immediately
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Water, powder and/or carbon dioxyde.
Product arising from burning: Nitrous fumes (NOx), carbon dioxide (CO2) and carbon
monoxide (CO).
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Dust mask (FFP2S or P2S), use rubber gloves, protective
goggles, protective clothing.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: After an accident collect as much as possible spills
and/or absorbant material and store in clean original
packaging. Wipe up mechanically.
Handling and storage
Handling: Handle and open container with care.
Avoid development of dust and contact with skin and eyes.
Use gloves, goggles, protective clothing.
Storage: Keep container tightly closed.
Store in a cool and dry place.
Avoid sunlight.
Do not store below liquids.
Keep away from oxidizing substances.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: The packaging must be inert and made of polyethylene,
sealable and sufficiently strong. Use UN-tested packaging.
The substance is shipped in polyethylene bags in 25 liter
steel drums. The preparations (all liquid) containing the
substance are shipped in UN-approved polyethylene
containers.
