Exposure controls / personal protection

CONTROL PARAMETERS

To the best of our knowledge, established occupational exposure limit value is not available. Substance is to be handled under strictly controlled conditions.

EXPOSURE CONTROL

Appropriate engineering controls-

Use appropriate controls (eg containment, local exhaust ventilation) as specified in a workplace risk assessment. Technical measures and appropriate operations should be given priority over the use of personal protective eqauipment. An emergency eyewash station should be available. Handle in accordance with good inudstrial hygiene and safety practice.

Personal protective equipment -

Eye face protection - Wear safety glasses with side shields.

Skin protection - Handle with gloves. The selected gloves must comply with the specifications in EC Directive 89/686/EEC and the related standard EN374 or applicable federal, state and national legislation.

Protective clothing - Use impervious, disposable clothing to prevent skin contact. The type should be selected according to concentration, quantities and duration of handling at the specific workplace.

Respiratory protection - Use full mask with breathing filter. In laboratories, use fume hood or laminar flow booth.

Environemtnal exposure controls - Do not release into drains or watercourses.

Stability and reactivity

REACTIVITY
