Guidance on Safe Use
Administrative data
First-aid measures
General advice: Remove soiled or soaked clothing immediately. If someone exposed to the product feels unwell, contact a doctor and show this safety data sheet. Adhere to personal protective measures when giving first aid.
Inhalation: Remove the casualty into fresh air and keep him calm. Call in a physician immediately and show him the Safety Data Sheet.
Skin contact: In case of contact with skin wash off immediately with polyethylene glycol 400, then with plenty of water. If polyethylen glycol is not available rinse of with plenty of water. Call in a physician immediately and show him the Safety Data Sheet.
Eye contact: Rinse immediately with gently running water for 15 minutes, maintaining eyelids open. Consult at once an ophthalmologist or a physician.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Call in a physician immediately and show him the Safety Data Sheet. Let plenty of water be drunk in small gulps.
Treatment: Treat symptomatically.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media: foam, water spray jet, dry powder
In case of fires, hazardous combustion gases are formed: Carbon monoxide (CO), Hydrogen chloride (HCl)
Use self-contained breathing apparatus.
Fire residues and contaminated firefighting water must bedisposed of in accordance with the local regulations.
Accidental release measures
Wear suitable personal protective equipment.
Do not allow entry to drains, water courses or soil.
Pick up with liquid binding material and if necessary collect in closed containers. Containers in which spilt substance has been collected must be adequately labelled.
Clean contaminated floors and objects thoroughly with water and detergents, observing environmental regulations. When picked up, treat material as prescribed under heading "Disposal considerations".
Handling and storage
Handling: During its whole lifecycle the substance is handled in closed system under strictly controlled conditions in accordance to Art. 18(4, a-f) of the REACH legislation. This fact is confirmed by the producer and the user of the product.
Storage: Keep only in the original container. Keep container tightly closed in a well-ventilated place. Do not use steel or stainless steel containers.

Exposure controls / personal protection
During the whole lifecycle all neccessary measures in accordance to Art. 18(4) of REACH legislation are undertaken to minimise emissions and any resulting exposure.
Stability and reactivity
When handled and stored appropriately no dangerous reactions are known.
Avoid contact with iron.
Disposal considerations
Product: Special waste incineration plant, after consultation with operators.
Contaminated packaging: Packaging that cannot be cleaned should be disposed of as product waste.
