Justification for data waiving:
the study does not need to be conducted because the stability of the substance is not considered to be critical
Justification for type of information:
In accordance with REACh Annex IX, the study is only required if stability of the substance is considered to be critical. There are no structural alerts in the major components indicating potential for instability for the substance considered, therefore the study is NOT deemed necessary. Moreover, based on experience in testing, handling and use of the substance or its major components, no instability was observed with various solvents, such as acetone, acetonitrile, DMSO, ethanol, hexane, tert-butyl methyl ether.
