- Single application of 5000 mg/kg bw of the shaved back of 6 female wistar rats, covered by alu foil and elastic bandage for 24 hours. Afterwards the treatment area was carefully cleaned with warm water. Post exposure observation time was 14 days. At termination rats were sacrificed and pathologically evaluated.
