Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Test procedure:
burning time over 250 mm for metal powders or metal alloys
Remarks on result:
other: The test substance melted but did not sustain combustion, hence a burning time could not be measured
Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Not flammable
Executive summary:

The test substance was tested for flammability according to EU method A.10. The test substance was formed into an unbroken train of material, approximately 250 mm long, on a non-combustible, non-porous, low heat-conducting base plate. The burning characteristics of the test substance were investigated using an air-rich Bunsen burner flame as the ignition source.

The test substance does not propagate combustion and therefore is not classified as highly flammable in terms of its burning characteristics.

During the test, the test substance melted but did not sustain combustion, hence a burning time could not be measured.
