Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Conclusions:
- The vapor pressure of the test item was determined during this study using the gas saturation
method to be:
1.79 x 10-sPa at 30”C,
5.82 x 10-sPa at 40”C and
2.11 x 10-2Pa at 50”C.
Based on the experimental results the vapour pressure curve In PW versus l/T was plotted.
The vapour pressure of ucb 22060 at 25°C was extrapolated by linear regression and
determined to be
8.9 x 104 Pa at 25*C. - Executive summary:
The vapour pressure of ucb 22060 was determined according to the EEC Directive 92/69, A.4 “Vapour Pressure” (1992) and the OECD guideline No. 104, “Vapour Pressure” (1995) using the gas saturation method. Based on the results of the vapour pressure model calculation the experiment was performed at 30”C, 40”C and 50’C. These temperatures were chosen because the evaporation of the test item was expected to be very fast at higher temperatures. Details of the model calculation are not given here but are part of the raw data. The results and the amount of nitrogen used to calculate the vapour of the individual measurements are summarised in Table 4-1. The tabulated values represent rounded results, which were obtained by calculation using the exact raw data. The vapour pressure of ucb 22060 was determined at 30°C, 40”C and 50”C. The vapour pressure at 25°C was extrapolated from the measured values. Figure 4-1 shows the extrapolation curve of ucb 22060. The extrapolation data are given in Table 4-2. A typical chromatogram of a standard calibration solution is given in Figure 4-2. An example of a sample solution chromatogram equilibrated at 50°C is shown in Figure 4-3. A HPLC chromatogram of a blank solution (water/acetonitriIe 95/5; V:V) is shown in Figure 4-4. The calibration curve of ucb 22060 in the range from 0.12744-1.416 pg/ml is shown in Figure 4-5, the data are given in Table 4-3. The R* fit was 0.9998 within the calibration range fr~m 0.12744 - calibration range. The experimental 1.416 rng/l. This reflects the linearity of the HPLC-system within the results lead to the conclusion that the vapour pressure of the ucb 22060 is: 1.79 x 10-s Pa at 30”C, 5.82 x 10-s Pa at 40°C and 2.11 x 10-2Pa at 50°C. Based on the experimental results the vapour pressure curve In Pvp versus l/T was plotted. The vapour pressure of ucb 22060 at 25°C was extrapolated by linear regression and determined to be 8.9 x 104 Pa at 25°C.
