Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
After inhalation: Supply fresh air; consult doctor in case of complaints.
After skin contact: Generally the product does not irritate the skin.
After eye contact: Rinse opened eye for several minutes under running water.
Fire-fighting measures
Water
Foam
Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture
Carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide
Sulphur dioxide (SO2)
Advice for firefighters
Protective equipment:
Wear self-contained respiratory protective device.
Wear fully protective suit.
Accidental release measures
Wear protective clothing.
Environmental precautions:
Do not allow to enter sewers/ surface or ground water.
Inform respective authorities in case of seepage into water course or sewage system.
Methods and material for containment and cleaning up: Pick up mechanically.
Handling and storage
The usual precautionary measures are to be adhered to when handling chemicals.
Waste air is to be released into the atmosphere only via suitable separators.
Storage:
Requirements to be met by storerooms and receptacles: Store only in unopened original receptacles.
Information about storage in one common storage facility: Store away from foodstuffs.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Respiratory protection: In exceptional cases (e.g. exceeding of the air limiting value) respiratory protection is required. Use dust protection mask or respiratory protection apparatus with filter P2. Observe further national regulations concerning respiratory protection.
Protection of hands: The glove material has to be impermeable and resistant to the product/ the substance/ the preparation.
Selection of the glove material on consideration of the penetration times, rates of diffusion and the degradation Due to missing tests no recommendation to the glove material can be given for the product/ the preparation/ the chemical mixture.
Material of gloves: Natural rubber, NR Recommended thickness of the material: ≥ 0.11 mm
The selection of the suitable gloves does not only depend on the material, but also on further marks of quality and varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. As the product is a preparation of several substances, the resistance of the glove material can not be calculated in advance and has therefore to be checked prior to the application.
Penetration time of glove material: Penetration time of glove material Value for the permeation: Level ≤ 8 h The exact break trough time has to be found out by the manufacturer of the protective gloves and has to be observed.
Eye protection: Tightly sealed goggles.
Body protection: Protective work clothing
Stability and reactivity
Thermal decomposition / conditions to be avoided: No decomposition if used according to specifications.
Possibility of hazardous reactions: No dangerous reactions known.
Incompatible materials: Do not store together with oxidising and acidic materials
Hazardous decomposition products: Reacts with acids releasing sulphur dioxide.
Disposal considerations
Disposal must be made according to official regulations.
