Administrative data
First-aid measures
If on skin: Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician. Remove/Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Immediately wash the skin. Gently wash with plenty of soap and water.
If in eyes: Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician. Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
If swallowed: Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician. Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting.
Personal precautions: Wear proper personal protective equipment
Fire-fighting measures
Inappropriate extinguishing media: Water
Specific hazards: During a fire, irritating and highly toxic gases may be generated by thermal decomposition or combustion. Product combustible at elevated
temperatures. Heating, spark and flame may cause a fire.
Special extinguishing procedures: Remove container from fire area if safe to do so. Declare off-limits to non-participants around fire area.
Special protective action for fire-fighters: Responders should wear self-contained breathing apparatus in pressure-demand, MSHA/NIOSH (approved or equivalent) and full protective clothing.
Accidental release measures
Environmental precautions: Avoid release to the environment. Prevent liquid from entering sewers, watercourses or low areas. Restrict liquid from spreading over the ground with sand or earth. Restrict liquid from spreading over water surface with oil boom if possible.
Method and materials for containment and cleaning up: Recover large spills by proper method. Recover small spills with a suitable absorbent. Consult an expert on disposal regulations. (For solid) Sweep and collect the spilled solid in a container and storage until disposal. Flush the residue with plenty of water to avoid the flushing water. (For liquid) Recover the spilled liquid with an inactive absorbent (ex. dry sand, earth) and put into chemical waste container.
Methods for containment: Shut off the source if possible to do so without undue hazard. Prevent liquid from entering sewers, watercourses or low areas.
Preventions of secondary Disaster: Promptly remove all ignition sources. Ban smoking, sparking and flaming in the vicinity of the area.
Handling and storage
Technical measure: use proper personal protective equipment.
Local/general ventilation: use adequate local/general ventilation equipment.
Handling precautions: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from incompatible materials. Keep containers and apparatus tightly closed. Keep away from eyes, skin or clothing; wash thoroughly after handling. Containers will retain product residue and vapors after being emptied. Always obey hazard warnings and handle empty containers as though they were full. Do not breathe dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray.
Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities
Technical measure: Equipment of necessary lighting, illumination and ventilation is installed to store dangerous goods in a storage or treat. Comply with the regulations of the Fire Service Law. Avoid direct sunlight and fire, to store well-ventilated place.
Appropriate safe storage Conditions: Store locked up.
Safe container wrapping Material: There are no wrapping and regulation of a container, but it's put in something which is not damaged in direct vent system.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Individual protection measures, such as personal protective equipment (PPE)
Respiratory protection: For dust generated by use condition, wear a NIOSH or European Standard EN 149 approved respirator appropriate for emission levels. Appropriate respirators may be full or half mask air purifying cartridge respirators equipped for organic dust, or self-contained breathing apparatus.
Hand protection: Wear appropriate protective gloves (rubber gloves with gauntlets).
Eye protection: Wear proper eye protection (chemical goggles as a minimum).
Protective clothing: Wear acid-resistant slicker suit with rubber apron, rubber with pants outside and rubber gloves with gauntlets.
Sanitary measures: When using the product, not eating or smoking. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Wear protective equipment as noted under PERSONAL PROTECTION bellow, including a self-contained breathing apparatus. For small liquid mop up and dispose of in DOT-approved waste containers. For large liquid, put into such waste containers. Keep material out of sewers, storm drains, surface waters and soil.
Stability and reactivity
Possibility of hazardous reactions: React with strong oxidizing agents
Conditions to avoid: Heat, Spark, Open flame, Static discharge
Incompatible materials: Strong oxidizing agents
Hazardous decomposition products: Carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide.
Disposal considerations
Contaminated packaging: Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/national/international regulation. When dispose of a container, remove contents.
