Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If not breathing give artificial
respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse with water for at least 15 minutes. Lifting eyelids
periodically to remove contamination.
Get immediate medical attention.
Emergency measure - Skin: Remove contaminated clothes.
Wash affected area with water and soap. Get immediate
medical attention for irritation and any other symptom.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Wash out mouth with water provided that person is conscious.
Call a physician.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Adverse reaction with normal extinguishing agents (CO2, dry
chemical powders, water spray, appropriate foam) are not
known.
Product arising from burning: COx, NOx.
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Standard protective equipment and self-contained breathing
apparatus are suggested.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus, rubber boots and
heavy rubber gloves. Sweep up the concerned area avoiding
the generation of dust. Ventilate area and wash spill site
after material pick up is complete. Collect material into
suitable labelled containers for waste disposal.
Handling and storage
Handling: All operations should be conducted in well ventilated area
and local exhaust ventilation should be provided. Specific
protections are NIOSH/MSHA approvec respirator, chemical
safety goggles, rubber gloves and full working clothing.
Storage: Keep tightly closed. Store ia cool and dry place.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Plastic drums or metal drums lined internally for liquids,
capacity 200
litres.

Stability and reactivity
Danger other than fire: No other specific dangers are known.
Dust explosion: Only general precautions for avoiding dust explosions are
recommended (i.e. earthed equipment, avoiding dust
generation, good housekeeping).
Dust explosion determined by test: N
Disposal considerations
Industry - Possibility of recovery/recycling: None known
Industry - Possibility of neutralisation: None known
Industry - Possibility of destruction - incineration: Recommended
