Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
After skin contact: Generally the product does not irritate the skin. After eye contact:
Rinse opened eye for several minutes under running water. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor.
Fire-fighting measures
Water
Foam
Accidental release measures
Environmental precautions: Do not allow to enter sewers/ surface or ground water. Inform respective authorities in case of seepage into water course or sewage system.
Methods and material for containment and cleaning up: Pick up mechanically.
Handling and storage
The usual precautionary measures are to be adhered to when handling chemicals.
Waste air is to be released into the atmosphere only via suitable separators.
Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities
Storage:
Requirements to be met by storerooms and receptacles: Store only in unopened original receptacles.
Information about storage in one common storage facility: Store away from foodstuffs.

Exposure controls / personal protection
General protective and hygienic measures: Wash hands before breaks and at the end of work
Respiratory protection: In exceptional cases (e.g. exceeding of the air limiting value) respiratory protection is required. Use dust protection mask or respiratory protection apparatus with filter P2. Observe further national regulations concerning respiratory protection.
Protection of hands:The glove material has to be impermeable and resistant to the product/ the substance/ the preparation. Selection of the glove material on consideration of the penetration times, rates of diffusion and the degradation.
Material of gloves: Natural rubber, NR, Recommended thickness of the material: ≥ 0.11 mm
The selection of the suitable gloves does not only depend on the material, but also on further marks of quality and varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. As the product is a preparation of several substances, the resistance of the glove material can not be calculated in advance and has therefore to be checked prior to the application.
Penetration time of glove material: Value for the permeation: Level ≤ 8 h. The exact break trough time has to be found out by the manufacturer of the protective gloves and has to be observed.
Eye protection: Tightly sealed goggles
Body protection: Protective work clothing
Stability and reactivity
Chemical stability: Thermal decomposition / conditions to be avoided: No decomposition if used according to specifications.
Possibility of hazardous reactions: No dangerous reactions known.
Conditions to avoid: No further relevant information available.
Incompatible materials: Do not store together with oxidising and acidic materials.
Hazardous decomposition products: Reacts with acids releasing sulphur dioxide
Disposal considerations
Recommendation:Must not be disposed together with household garbage. Do not allow product to reach sewage system. Disposal must be made according to official regulations.
Uncleaned packaging:
Recommendation: Dispose of packaging according to regulations on the disposal of packagings.
