- Conclusions:
- Using Guideline EC A.24. method (2016) and OECD Guideline No. 117 (2004) it was shown that the the octanol/water partition coefficient of 3-Bromo-1-(3-Chloro-2-Pyridyl)-5-Methyl-1H-Pyrazole is equal to 2.4.
- Executive summary:
The objective of this study was to determine the partition coefficient of 3-BROMO-1-(3- CHLORO-2-PYRIDYL)-5-METHYL-1H-PYRAZOL following the Regulation (EC) No.1907/2006 - and Council regulation (EC) No. 2016/266 - EC A.24. method (2016) using the HPLC test method OECD Guideline No. 117 (2004). Using these guidelines, it was shown that the octanol/water partition coefficient of 3 -Bromo-1-(3-Chloro-2-Pyridyl)-5-Methyl-1H-Pyrazole is equal to 2.4 which is in accordance with the solubility in organic solvents..
