Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Following OECD 115 and EU Method A.5 guidelines, the surface tension of the test material was determined to be between 60.9 - 68.1 nM/m.
Executive summary:

The surface tension of the test material was determined following OECD 115 and EU Method A.5 guidelines. Sample preparation consisted of preparing a saturated aqueous solution of the test material in Milli-Q water. One portion was filtered through a 0.45 um filter, the other portion was centrifuged. The surface tension of the filtered solution of the test material was determined to be 60.9 mN/m. The surface tension of the centrifuged solution was determined to be 68.1 mN/m. Results showed that the test material lowers the surface tension of water.
