First-aid measures
Arzthilfe.
"ENGLISH"
In the case of complaints after the inhalation of dust:
remove to the fresh air, seek medical advice.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Mindestens 15 Minuten bei gespreizten Lidern unter
fließendem Wasser gründlich ausspülen.
"ENGLISH"
Keeping the eyelids wide open, rinse thoroughly under
running water for at least 15 minutes.
Emergency measure - Skin: Mit Wasser und Seife gründlich abwaschen.
"ENGLISH"
Wash off thoroughly with soap and water.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Mund ausspülen und reichlich Wasser nachtrinken.
"ENGLISH"
Rinse out the affected person's mouth and get him or her to
drink plenty of water.
Fire-fighting measures
"ENGLISH"
Spray water, dry extinguishing agent, foam
Product arising from burning: Kohlenmonoxid, Kohlendioxid, Wasser
"ENGLISH"
Carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, water
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Umluftunabhängiges Atemschutzgerät

Self-contained respirator
Accidental release measures
entfernen und Maßnahmen gegen elektrostatische Aufladungen
treffen. Verschüttetes Material unter Vermeidung von
Staubentwicklung aufnehmen (z.B. mit staubbindendem Mittel
und /oder baumustergeprüftem Industriestaubsauger) und
in geeigneten Gebinden zur Entsorgung sammeln. Gebinde gemäß
TRGS 201 kennzeichnen und unter Beachtung örtlicher
behördlicher Vorschriften entsorgen. Beim Aufnehmen des
Stoffes Haut- und Augenkontakt sowie Einatmen desselben
vermeiden. Zu diesem Zweck die unter "Handhabung"
beschriebene persönliche Schutzausrüstung tragen.
"ENGLISH"
Remove potential ignition sources out of the affected area
and take measures to prevent static discharge. Take up
spilled material being careful to avoid the formation of
dust (e.g. using a dust-binding agent and/or and industrial
vacuum cleaner of approved design) and collect in suitable
packing drums for disposal. Label packing drums according to
Technical Rule 201 and dispose of in observance of local
official regulations. When taking up the substance, avoid
skin and eye contact as well as inhalation of it. For this
purpose, wear the personal protective equipment described
under "handling".
Handling and storage
Beim Umgang in offenen Systemen sollte möglicher Staub
getragen werden. Zur Vermeidung von Hautkontakt sollten
geprüfte Schutzhandschuhe (z.B. ...) und geeignete
Schutzkleidung (z.B. ...) getragen werden. Das Tragen von
Augenschutz (z.B. Schutzbrille mit Seitenschutz) wird
empfohlen. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Arbeitsbereiches
sollten ausreichende Waschgelegenheiten zur Verfügung
stehen. Nach Hautkontakt sollten die betroffenen
Körperstellen sofort gründlich mit ... gereinigt werden.
Die Straßenkleidung sollte getrennt von der Arbeitskleidung
aufbewahrt werden. Bei möglicher Staubentwicklung sollten
wegen der potentiellen Staubexplosionsgefahr potentielle
Zündquellen aus dem Arbeitsbereich entfernt werden. Des
weiteren sollten Maßnahmen gegen elektrostatische
Aufladungen getroffden werden .
"ENGLISH"
All work processes must always be designed so that the
exposure by inhalation of the substance and by dermal
contact is as low as possible. Eye contact with the
substance should be avoided. Closed or at least dustproof
equipment should be used during withdrawal, transfer and
metered feeding. In the case of handling in open systems,
any dust that may form should be extracted directly at the
point of origin. The extracted air should only be returned
to the working area after sufficient cleaning with tested
equipment. If technical extraction or ventilation measures
are not possible or are insufficient, respiratory
protection (e.g.:::) should be worn. Tested gloves
(e.g.:::) and suitable protective clothing (e.g.:::)
should be worn in order to avoid skin contact. The wearing
of eye protection (e.g. goggles with lateral protection)
is recommended. Sufficient washing facilities should be
available in the immediate vicinity of the working area.
After skin contact, the affected parts of the body should
be immediately thoroughly cleaned using (...). Outdoor
clothes should be kept separate from working clothes. In
the case of the possible formation of dust, due to the
potential dust-explosion risk, potential ignition sources
should be removed from the working area. In addition,
measures should be taken to prevent static discharge.
Storage: Der Stoff sollte in dichtschließenden, bruchsicheren und
vorschriftsmäßig beschrifteten Behältern unter kühlen und
trockenen Bedingungen gelagert werden. Behälter gegen
Herabfallen sichern. Produktreste an/auf den Gebinden
vermeiden.
"ENGLISH"
The substance should be stored under cool and dry
conditions in tightly closing, unbreakable containers that
are labelled according to the regulations. Secure containers
against falling down. Avoid product residues on the packing
drums.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Metalldeckelfass mit PE-Innenfolie.
