Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Under the conditions of the present study conducted with 2,4-Dichlorobenzotrichloride the LC0 (48 h and 96 h), LC50 (48 h and 96 h) and LC100 (48h and 96h) was determined to be 22 mg/L, 50 - 100 mg/L and 100 mg/L, respectively.

According to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP) 2,4-Dichlorobenzotrichloride should be classified as aquatic chronic 3, H412 (harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects).
