First-aid measures
After inhalation: fresh air. Consult doctor if feeling unwell. After skin contact: wash off with plenty of water. Remove contaminated clothing. After eye contact: rinse out with plenty of water with the eyelid held wide open. Call inophthalmologist if necessary. After swallowing: immediately make victim drink water (two glasses at most). Consult aphysician.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing mediaWater, Carbon dioxide (CO2), Foam, Dry powderUnsuitable extinguishing mediaFor this substance/mixture no limitations of extinguishing agents are given.Special protective equipment for firefightersStay in danger area only with self-contained breathing apparatus. Prevent skin contact bykeeping a safe distance or by wearing suitable protective clothing.Further informationPrevent fire extinguishing water from contaminating surface water or the ground water system.
Accidental release measures
Advice for non-emergency personnel: Avoid substance contact. Avoid inhalation ofvapours/aerosols or dusts. Ensure adequate ventilation. Evacuate the danger area, observeemergency procedures, consult an expert.Cover drains. Collect, bind, and pump off spills.Take up with suitable equipment. Dispose of properly. Clean up affected area.
Handling and storage
Advice on safe handlingObserve label precautions.Hygiene measuresImmediately change contaminated clothing. Apply preventive skin protection. Wash hands andface after working with substance.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Protective clothing needs to be selected specifically for the workplace, depending onconcentrations and quantities of the hazardous substances handled. The chemical resistance ofthe protective equipment should be enquired at the respective supplier.Eye/face protectionSafety glassesHand protectionfull contact:Glove material: Nitrile rubberGlove thickness: 0.11 mmBreak through time: > 480 minsplash contact:Glove material: Nitrile rubberGlove thickness: 0.11 mmBreak through time: > 480 minThe protective gloves to be used must comply with the specifications of EC Directive89/686/EEC and the related standard EN374Other protective equipmentprotective clothingRespiratory protectionrequired when dusts/vapours/aerosols are generated.
Stability and reactivity
The following applies in general to flammable organic substances and mixtures: incorrespondingly fine distribution, when whirled up a dust explosion potential may generally beassumed.
Disposal considerations
Waste material must be disposed of in accordance with the Directive on waste 2008/98/EC aswell as other national and local regulations. Leave chemicals in original containers. No mixingwith other waste. Handle uncleaned containers like the product itself.
