This list contains Product Function Categories for fertilising products (PFCs). The list is based on Annex I, Part I. Classification is based on the specific characteristics and claimed function. Each PFC is subject to specific requirements. If an EU fertilising product has more than one of the described PFCs, it should be regarded as a blend, and compliance should be required for each of the PFCs with respect to its function.

The list includes requirements on the presence of contaminants (chemicals and pathogens), and requirements related to the nutrients content.
