Description of key information

In a limit test according to OECD 207 Chlorhexidine digluconate was found to be not toxic to earthworms at 563 mg CHD-Base/kg dw. The test was conducted using Chlorhexidine digluconate as test substance. As Chlorhexidine base is the active component, the results can be converted to equivalents of CHD-Base.

Key value for chemical safety assessment
