First-aid measures

IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/ shower.

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.

IF SWALLOWED: rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting.

IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.

Get medical advice/attention if symptoms persist.

Never give anything to drink to un unconscious person.

Fire-fighting measures

Use water, CO2 or foam.

Avoid direct water jet, that would spread fire.

Do not breathe dust or vapours.

Cool exposed containers with water spray and continue after the fire has died.

No specific measure for fire-fighters.

Accidental release measures

Contain with sand, earth or any other suitable absorbent.

Do not release to the environment.

Collect with incombustible absorbent. Rinse with plenty of water. Dyke if large release.

Handling and storage

Eliminate all ignition sources. Keep away from sparks, open flames and heat. No smoking. Ventilate.

Store in a cool and dry place with suitable ventilation. Keep away from incompatible materials, open flames or elevated temperatures.

Do not breathe vapours from the heated material.

Keep only in original container. Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep cool.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Respiratory protection: In case of inadequate ventilation, wear suitable respiratory protection.

Eye protection: Wear safety glasses /face shield.

Hand protection: Gloves.

Skin protection: Wear suitable protective clothing. Provide for suitable ventilation if fumes or vapours are released.

Stability and reactivity

Stable in normal conditions of temperature for the recommended use.

Disposal considerations

Do not release to the environment. Dispose of according to environment engineer recommendations and local regulations.

Keep the label(s) on the contaminated packagings.
