Conclusions:
The LC50 of FAT 40066/A in acute toxicity test with trout was determined to be 450 mg/L.
Executive summary:

An 96 h acute fish toxicity test was performed with trout according to a internal method (CIBA method A-11) similar to OECD TG 203. 8 trout fish per concentrations were used and observed for 24 and 48 h. The nominal concentration used was 100, 200 and 1000 mg/l. All fishes were survived throughout the test period at 100 and 400 mg/l concentrations, while all fishes were died at 24 h concentration for 1000 mg/l concentration. So, based on the study results, the 48 h LC50 of FAT 40066/A was determined to be 450 mg/L.
