Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The tested sample of Amberketal contains virtually no particles with a particle size of <100 µm. According to the integrated testing strategy for granulometry, as outlined in Figure R.7.1-6 of the above-mentioned guidance document, further testing is therefore not necessary.
Executive summary:

As suggested in the integrated testing strategy for granulometry, outlined in Figure R.7.1-6 of the ECHA Guidance on Information Requirements and Chemical Safety Assessment, Chapter R.7a: Endpoint specific guidance, Version 5.0, December 2016, the granulometry of Amberketal was assessed by sieving through a sieve with 100µm aperture width.

In three independent trials the weight percentage of particles with a particle size of <100µm was 0.8%, 0.9% and 0.8%, respectively.

It was therefore concluded that the tested sample of Amberketal contains virtually no particles with a particle size of <100µm. According to the integrated testing strategy for granulometry, as outlined in Figure R.7.1-6 of the above-mentioned guidance document, further testing is therefore not necessary.
