Emergency measure - Inhalation: remove victim to fresh air

concentrations. Handle in accordance with good industrial

hygiene and safety procedures. Ensure prompt removal from

eyes, skin and clothing. Wash hands and other exposed areas

with mild soap and water before eat, drink or smoke and when

leaving work.

Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: product is always present is small quantities  in

photoresist. Those preparations are not widdely used due to

the special technological needs required for its application

The photoresist (and the products obtained after

irradiationand development) are all collected in adapted

containers forsending them to adequate disposal facilities
