Conclusions:
The dynamic viscosity was determined to be 11.6 mPa*s at 20 °C and 6.5 mPa*s at 40 °C, respectively.
Executive summary:

A study was conducted according to OECD test guideline 114 to determine the dynamic viscosity of the test item using the forced ball viscometer. Therefore the test item was introduced, free of bubbles into the falling tube enclosed by a cylindrical water bath permitting exact thermostatisation with temperature constancy of ± 0.1 °C of the test substance. After the temperature equilibrium was reached, the cylinder was inverted and, using a stopwatch, the time taken for the ball to move over the distance between the ring marks, was recorded. The dynamic viscosity of test item was calculated using the detected falling time, the ball constant and the density difference between the liquid and the ball. The dynamic viscosity was determined to be 11.6 mPa*s at 20 °C and 6.5 mPa*s at 40 °C, respectively. No observations were made which cause doubt on the validity of the outcome of the study.
