Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove person to fresh air.

Give oxygen or artificial respiration if needed. Seek

medical attention.

Handling and storage

Handling: The preparation containing the substance will only be used

in the IC industry by trained personnel. Exposure is

minimal. Inhalation and skin contact are avoided by the use

of impermeable protective gloves and dust masks. Dust proof

filling apparatus and appropiate ventilation are also used.

Storage: The preparation containing the substance should be kept in

securely closed unbreakable containers. Keep away from

foodstuffs and sources of ignition. Store in a cool and dark

place, away from humitidy.

Packaging of the substance and or preparation: The preparation is packaged into either one gallon (3.78

liter) or one quart (0.946 liter) bottles, which are then

put in a carboard box.

Transport: The preparation containing the substance should be kept in
an appropiate, tightly closed container during ransport.
Containers should be stored upright and secured against
falling down. Containers should be suitably labelled and
sealed. Do not expose to any UV light source.

Disposal considerations

Industry - Possibility of recovery/recycling: The preparation is not recovered or recycled during normal

use. Any spilled material is not recovered but is disposed

of by incineration or disposal to landfill in accordance

with local regulation.

Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: Contaminated containers or spillages of the preparation

mixed with inert materials (e.g. sand or soil) may be

disposed of at an authorized tip in accordance with local

preparation may be disposed of by burning under controlled

conditions at a licensed waste treatment processor in
