First-aid measures
Described below, the recommendations apply to work in exposure to vapors, fumes and dust generating during mechanical processing and thermal sinter.
Inhalation
Remove affected person from the danger area to fresh air. Keep warm and quiet. Consult your doctor, especially if any symptoms persist.
Eye Contact
Remove contact lenses. When rolled hems eyelids as soon as possible, wash eyes with plenty of clean running water or other sterile fluid for flushing the eyes (wash for at least 10-15 minutes). Avoid strong stream of water so as not to damage the eyes. Consult a doctor - an ophthalmologist in case of continuation of any symptoms.
Skin Contact
Immediately remove contaminated clothing, shoes. Wash contaminated skin with plenty of water and thoroughly rinse with water. Consult your doctor, especially if any symptoms persist, such as the characteristics of skin irritation, etc.
Ingestion
Rinse mouth with water. If conscious, give plenty of water to drink. Do not induce vomiting unless advised by your doctor. Consult a physician - to show this data sheet. Taking into account the form of the product (sinter), oral exposure is unlikely. Get the lead and zinc ingestion may be the consequence of not following basic hygiene when handling the product, such as not washing hands after handling the product, exposure to high concentrations of dust and smoke of the product.
Fire-fighting measures
Extinguishing media: Depending on the environment.
Unsuitable extinguishing media: Depending on the environment.
Special hazards caused by combustion products and gases evolved:
During a fire, at high temperature to produce dangerous fumes that contain toxic and irritating fumes and vapors of zinc and other metals, zinc oxide. Do not inhale fumes and gases to produce a fire. Depending on the situation to determine the need for evacuation or isolation of the area threatened by fire.
Special protective equipment for firefighters:
Depending on the size of fire wear breathing apparatus with independent air source, gas-tight protective suits.
Other information:
Spent extinguishing agents to collect and dispose of according to applicable regulations, to prevent runoff into drains.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions:
No special considerations. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Measures for environmental protection:
Do not allow the passage of product to surface water, groundwater and soil. Do not flush product into sewers, wells, basements, etc. Secure the gullies. Notify the appropriate authorities for the release of product into sewers. Avoid environmental pollution.
Methods for cleaning up:
Recover collect and send for reuse or recycling.
Handling and storage
Handling:
When machining or heat the product to avoid generation of dust and fumes of the product. Provide adequate ventilation. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Do not breathe fumes producing the product during thermal processing. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment. During operation, follow the instructions bench.
Storage:
Do not store with incompatible materials.
Do not exceed the allowable unit load storage space.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Personal protection:
Remove contaminated clothing immediately. Wash hands and face before breaks and after work. In the workplace, do not eat, drink or smoke. Avoid contact with skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not breathe vapors, aerosols.
Respiratory protection:
In terms of exposure to concentrations exceeding the limit values of NDS, in terms of exposure to dust, fumes and vapors of the product wear appropriate respiratory protection, for example in terms of short-term exposure - a mask filter or a canister with a suitable breathing apparatus with independent air supply in the exposure to high concentration.
Protection of hands:
Wear suitable gloves.
Eye protection:
Adequate safety glasses in conditions of exposure to fumes, dusts and fumes of the product.
Skin protection:
According to the exposure when working with the product wear suitable protective clothing with long sleeves and trousers, aprons, safety shoes. When working with hot (molten) product wear protective clothing resistant to high temperature.
Stability and reactivity
The product is stable under normal use and storage conditions. Avoid excessive heat, moisture, inadequate materials.
Disposal considerations
Waste material and recycle.
Do not empty into drains. Prevent contamination of surface water, surface water courses and soils.
