According to REACH Regulation, Annex IX, column 2, The study need not be conducted if the substance has a low potential for bioaccumulation (for instance a log Kow < 3). Monopotassium salt of phosphorous acid is insoluble in octanol which, therefore, suggests that it would not bioaccumulate in fish or other animals
