Details on results:
The data mean cell density of control at 0 h is 15500 cells/mL, mean cell density of control at 72h is 262000 cell/mL. The data show that cell concentration of control cultures increased by factor of 17 during the test in line with the OECD Guideline that status the environment must be at least by a factor of 16 after 72 hours.
All test and control cultures were inspected microscopically at 72 hours. There were no abnormalities detected in any of the control test cultures.
Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Conclusions:
For test item, the EbC50 (72h) is 12 mg/L. The ErC50 (0-24h) is 14 mg/L.
Executive summary:

The study was performed to assess the growth inhibition of test item to Scenedesmus subspicatus according to the OECD Guideline for Testing of Chemicals No. 201 (2006).

All test and control cultures were inspected microscopically at 72 hours. There were no abnormalities detected in any of the control test cultures. For test item, the EbC50 (72h) is 12 mg/L. The ErC50 (0-24h) is 14 mg/L.
