Conclusions:
The density of the test item has been determined to be 1790 at 23.9 ± 0.5 °C.
Executive summary:

Method

The determination was carried out using a gas comparison pycnometer, designed to be compatible with Method A3 Relative Density of Commission Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 of 30 May 2008 and Method 109 of the OECD Guidelines for Testing of Chemicals, 27 July 1995.

Conclusion

The density of the test item has been determined to be 1.79 x 103at 23.9 ± 0.5 °C.

Description of key information

Density (EDTMP-H): 1790 kg/m3 at 23.9 ± 0.5°C (OECD 109).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

A density value of 1790 kg/m3 at 23.9 ± 0.5°C was determined for the substance using a gas comparison pycnometer in accordance with OECD Test Guideline 109. The result is considered to be reliable and is selected as key study.

In available secondary sources to which no reliablity could be assigned, a specific gravity value of 1.21 and bulk density of 1 kg/m3 was reported for the substance.
