Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The adsorption coefficient of the test item was determined in a GLP compliant study, performed according to the OECD Guideline for the Testing of Chemicals, No. 121, Estimation of the Adsorption Coefficient (Koc) on Soil and Sewage Sludge using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Adopted Test Guideline (January 2001) and the EC Directive 2001159/EC, C. 19, EC publication L 225, August 2001.

The experimentally determined log KOC is below 1.25 at pH 6.5 and therefore outside the range (1.5 to 5.0) for which the method is published in the guideline. The log KOC was therefore only determined with four reference substances and no further tests were performed.

The log Koc is below 1.25 at pH 6.5 for the test substance. It will not be adsorbed by organic carbon in soil and thus can be classified to be of very high mobility.

The adsorption coefficient of the test item was found to be:                      log KOC    < 1.25

[LogKoc: 1.25]
