Samples of the test item were analyzed with the HPLC on a C18 column with combined diode array (DAD) and refractive index (RI) detection. The partition coefficient log Pow of test item was determined to be 3.29 at 40°C and under pH neutral condition. The validity criteria were fulfilled.
