ECHA Submission portal now available

The first release of the ECHA Submission portal for poison centres notifications is now available. The portal is a secure, online way to centrally manage notifications for hazardous mixtures and is available for use by industry and Member States’ appointed bodies.

Industry can use the portal to prepare, create and submit dossiers and track notifications to the Member States’ appointed bodies.

The portal also acts as a dispatching system, by making the notifications available to appointed bodies, and in turn poison centres, in a secure manner.

The portal is based on the harmonised format which defines the information requirements set in the CLP Regulation – more information on version 1.1 of the format is available on our dedicated poison centre notification format webpage.

Further improvements to the user interface and more advanced functionalities will be implemented in future releases of the portal in July and November this year.

A general animation on what is ECHA’s Submission portal has been prepared. For more detailed support, take a look at the Guide for dossier preparation and submission.
