IMPORTANT NOTICE! Technical issue with receipt of PCN dossiers.
We inform all PCN users that due to technical reasons, some PCN dossiers successfully submitted after 27th December 2021 cannot be dispatched to Appointed Bodies. As a consequence, the event “Dossier received by [country code]” cannot be displayed in the submission report. The matter is being treated with urgency to restore the functionality as soon as possible. Updates will be provided when available. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
