Additional information

Due to the good water solubility combined with the low adsorption potential, it can be expected that ‘N,N-dimethylacrylamide’ will mainly distribute into the compartment water under environmental conditions. The substance is hydrolytically stable and poorly biodegradable in water. Due to the low volatility of ‘N,N-dimethylacrylamide’ distribution into the atmosphere is negligible. Nevertheless, if released into the atmosphere the substance will be rapidly degraded by photochemical processes. Accumulation of ‘N,N-dimethylacrylamide’ in organisms is not to be expected.
