Justification:

The substance is considered persistent (P) or very persistent (vP) based on the DegT50 endpoints derived (4 soils; DegT50 >180 days) from an aerobic soil simulation study, in accordance with Annex XIII of REACH.


 


The substance does not meet the criteria for classification as bioaccumulative (B) or very bioaccumulative (vB) as the BCF is concluded to be <2,000 L/kg, in accordance with the Annex XIII of REACH.


 


The substance is not classified under CLP as hazardous to human health and therefore does not meet the criteria as toxic (T) in accordance with Annex XIII of REACH.


 


The substance is therefore not considered to be PBT or vP/vB.

Likely routes of exposure:

In the absence of classification under CLP, exposure assessment and risk characterisation is not required in accordance with Article 14 of REACH. Similarly, emission characterisation is not required as the substance does not meet the PBT or vP/vB criteria.
