Description of key information

All matrix particles, in which the test substance was included, were greater than 100 µm.

Additional information

The particle size of [citric acid, nickel salt] was examined as included into a matrix.

For the matrix particles only sizes greater than 100 µm were observed. Since the test substance is only imported already included into the matrix, just particles > 100 µm have to be taken into account.


Nickel hydrogencitrate and [citric acid, nickel salt] are comparable: Since citric acid is a multifunctional acid, at different pH values various intermediate ions like citrate, hydrogencitrate and dihydrogencitrate are formed.
