First-aid measures
NOTES TO THE PHYSICIANFor detailed information on the ingredients see SDS. Symptomatic treatment is advised.INHALATIONMove the exposed person to fresh air at once. Rinse nose and mouth with water. Get medical attention.INGESTIONDo not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth thoroughly. Drink plenty of water. Get medical attention immediately.SKIN CONTACTRemove contaminated clothing. Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water for several minutes. Get medical attention. Washcontaminated clothing before reuse.EYE CONTACTMake sure to remove any contact lenses from the eyes before rinsing. Promptly wash eyes with plenty of water while lifting the eye lids.Continue to rinse for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention immediately. Continue to rinse.
Fire-fighting measures
EXTINGUISHING MEDIAExtinguish with foam, carbon dioxide, dry powder or water fog.SPECIAL FIRE FIGHTING PROCEDURESSelf contained breathing apparatus and full protective clothing must be worn in case of fire.SPECIFIC HAZARDSMetal Oxides Thermal decomposition or combustion may liberate carbon oxides and other toxic gases or vapours.HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTSProducts of complete combustion are carbon oxides, water and toxic gases and vapours
Accidental release measures
ENVIRONMENTAL PRECAUTIONSDo not discharge into drains, water courses or onto the ground.SPILL CLEAN UP METHODSAbsorb in vermiculite, dry sand or earth and place into containers. Collect spillage in containers, seal securely and deliver for disposalaccording to local regulations.
Handling and storage
USAGE PRECAUTIONSAvoid inhalation of vapours and contact with skin and eyes. Use this product in a well ventilated area, particularly as good ventilation isessential when polymer processing temperatures are maintained, and fumes from the processing require regulating.STORAGE PRECAUTIONSStore in tightly closed original container in a dry and cool place. Avoid: Water, moisture.

Exposure controls / personal protection
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENTENGINEERING MEASURESProvide adequate ventilation. Observe Occupational Exposure Limits and minimise the risk of inhalation of vapours.RESPIRATORY EQUIPMENTIn case of inadequate ventilation or when the product is heated, use suitable respiratory equipment with gas filter (type A2).HAND PROTECTIONWear protective gloves. PVC gloves are recommended. (CEN EN420 - PVC) Be aware that the liquid may penetrate the gloves. Frequentchange is advisable.EYE PROTECTIONWear goggles/face shield. (CEN EN166)OTHER PROTECTIONWear appropriate clothing to prevent any possibility of skin contact. (CEN EN340) Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.HYGIENE MEASURESObserve good chemical hygiene practices. Wash at the end of each work shift and before eating, smoking and using the toilet. Washpromptly if skin becomes wet or contaminated. Promptly remove any clothing that becomes wet or contaminated. When using do not eat, drink or smoke.
Stability and reactivity
STABILITYStable under normal temperature conditions.CONDITIONS TO AVOIDAvoid excessive heat for prolonged periods of time.MATERIALS TO AVOIDAvoid contact with oxidising agents. Water effects hydrolysis of product.HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTSProducts of complete combustion are carbon dioxide, water and metal oxides.
Disposal considerations
GENERAL INFORMATIONWaste is classified as hazardous waste. Number. EWC 070214.DISPOSAL METHODSDispose of waste and residues in accordance with local authority requirements.
