Justification for classification or non-classification

Based on the information available, according to the CLP Regulation n.1272/2008 table 3.4.4, as the substance has a sensitisation rate of 35% with an epidermal induction application of ≥ 5%, it should be classified as skin sensitizer (Skin Sens. 1B, H317).
