Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Key result
Auto-ignition temperature:
285 °C
Atm. press.:
>= 99.51 - <= 103.14 kPa
Auto-ignition temperature = 285 ± 5°C
Executive summary:

The purpose of this test was to investigate the auto-ignition temperature of the test substance according to the guideline EEC A.15.

It was considered more appropriate to conduct the auto-ignition of liquids test than the relative self-ignition of solids test due to the low melting point of the test material (approximately 40°C).

The test substance was determined to have an auto-ignition temperature of 285 ± 5°C.
