Updated draft guidance on Annex VIII to CLP, final version expected towards May
The updated guidance was drafted by ECHA together with a dedicated external working group and is currently undergoing a formal consultation process. Competent Authorities for REACH and CLP (CARACAL) and the European Commission are invited to comment on the revised draft guidance documents by 1 April 2020. The updated guidance is expected to be finalised and published towards May 2020.
