Justification for classification or non-classification

The Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA) measurement was carried out as stipulated in UN-MTC (Part III, sub-section 20.3.3.3 Thermal stability and exothermic decomposition energy). Based on this thermal behavior it is expected that the substance was not explosive. Therefore, it can be concluded by expert judgement that the test substance has no explosive properties. Testing according to UN-MTC test procedure is not necessary.
