Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

To determine the toxicity of the test substance to aquatic invertebrates, a GLP study according to OECD guideline 202 and EU method C.2. Daphnia magna Straus (>24 hours old) were exposed to the test item in a static test for 48 hours at concentrations of 0 (control), 4.6, 10, 22, 46, 100, 220 mg/L based on the test substance density. Four replicates with five animals each were used for each concentration level. Based on the results no toxic effect in the range of water solubility was determined. The following effect concentrations were obtained based on nominal concentrations:

EC0 = 22 mg/L

EC50 = 161 mg/L

EC100 > 220 mg/L [BASF SE 2009]
