Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Conclusions:
Based on the the results of this test, the subtsance has to be considered as harmful for fish.
Executive summary:

Nitro-MMT was tested for acute toxicity to fish. The study was performed in two parts; part 1 with 0 mg/Land 50 mg/L (40.7 mg/L measured), and part 2 with 0, 22, and 100 mg/L (18.1 and 78.3 mg/L measured). Symptoms and lethality were observed at 40.7 (2 from 7) and 78.3 mg/L (7 from 7). The 18.1 mg/L group exhibited reversible symptoms but no lethality.

Based on this a LC50 can be predicted in the range from 40.7 - 78.3 mg/L
