A study is technically not feasible. However, partition coefficients of the constiutent substances can be calculated according to Rekker.

The substance consists of Amides with chain lengths C12 to C18 (primarily C18). It is to be expected that besides Tetraamides other components such as Triamides, Diamides and possibly Monoamides are present. Nothing is known about the degree of partition. Rekker produced values ranging from 41.88 to 67.32 for tetramides and other amides as follows:

Tetra-amide log Pow  41.88 / 67.32

Tri-amide log Pow 30.19/ 49.27

Di-amide log Pow 18.50/ 31.22

Mono-amide log Pow 6.81/ 13.17

For the purposes of risk assessment a maximum Log Kow of 8.0 is entered since this is the maximum acceptable value in EUSES.
