Tools for authorities
Member States’ appointed bodies accepting notifications submitted through the ECHA Submission portal have the option to access the information either through an eDelivery service or through the Poison Centre Notification Database.
Before accessing the database, appointed bodies must adhere to the set security requirements and follow the on-boarding procedure.
For access to the database, appointed bodies must log in to the ECHA Remote access portal.
The eDelivery service is an automated solution that appointed bodies can use to receive poison centre notification dossiers submitted by industry. The eDelivery service aims to facilitate the secure communication of information amongst the European Commission, European Institutions and Member States. This service is provided by ECHA together with the Directorate-General for Informatics (DIGIT) under their Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).
A presentation containing more information about the eDelivery service for appointed bodies has been made available.
Authorities can join ECHA's eDelivery network by following the steps described in the how-to document, or for more information, contact ECHA using the contact form for national authorities.
